A Chief Strategist Officer is in charge of "Life's plan” that is fast and is full of distractions. A CSO decides the direction, looks for patterns, learns lessons, and make countless decisions that helps the journey.

A responder operates by someone else's plan, reacting, putting out fires, and hoping "it" work out.

Being the CSO of your life doesn’t mean having A perfect plan. It just means having 1, by doing things like thinking ahead, considering consequences, deciding a path, and growing from when things don't work out.
