LET'S TALK IT OUT, NOT TOUGH IT OUT
Go on the journey of living Happier, Healthier, and Longer
I invite you to come and TALK IT OUT, not TOUGH IT OUT. Toughing it out can lead to suffering in silence, becoming more isolated, and possibly seeking out negative or harmful ways to dull your pain. Taking the risk of being vulnerable, will lead to a greater possibility of relieving emotional pain as well as growing stronger and braver. It would be my honor to join your journey in using a lot of words, by Talking it Out, in order for you to get on the path of living Happier, Healthier and Longer.
My approach is to first develop a meaningful and trusting relationship. Then to customize an approach to support your emotional growth, including CBT, relational, experiential, attachment, and play therapy. Through our journey together, pain can be relieved, growth can happen, and "Corrective Emotional Experiences" can begin to have a positive impact on your life.
I have developed a multicultural therapy practice, where men and women, old and young, from every region, religion, sexual orientation, race, and ethnicity have come and are welcome.
I have a special expertise helping men, as we generally tend to Tough It Out.
I also specialize in divorce, athletes, eating disorders, generalized anxiety, grief, marriage, parenting, blended
families, and special needs families.
I am also leading the trauma prevention program for The Birdwell Foundation that focuses on supporting veterans and first responders struggling with PTSD.
I would be honored to be on this journey with you.
